·         Working with the global antivirus team upgrading McAfee to 4.5 from v4.0.3 on 2000 Servers worldwide. Involved in the planning and rollouts of the virus installations on the servers. Applications used were e-policy orchestra.

·         Performing backup and restores for user data using Veritas Backup Exec & Arcserve on single tapes drives & on a SAN.
